Senior SHE Advisor

Location: Aberdeen

Based in our Aberdeen office, you’ll manage the SHE process of RCG Eastern projects across Scotland.

Your new role:
Based in our Aberdeen office, you’ll manage the SHE process of Robertson Eastern and support the Group in other functions as required.

**What you’ll do**:

- Report centrally to the Robertson Head of SHE.
- Undertake SHE related corporate governance monitoring for the projects
- Attend all mandatory project pre start meetings with new contractors
- Support the business in implementing the SHE strategy
- Provide a focus on SHE matters
- Provide advice and guidance to personnel in relation to SHE matters
- Lead significant SHE investigations
- Help identify, develop, and as appropriate deliver, SHE training programmes and courses
- Conduct site inspections and audits in line with agreed programmes
- Produce written reports in relation to inspections, audits and incident investigations in accordance with agreed procedures and protocols
- Assess the SHE competence of vendors at Stage 1 of the CDM competence assessment process
- Produce written monthly reports
