- Position Overview
- Responsibilities- In this role we’d like you to bring your perspective on the key audiences we serve in the Design and Manufacturing sector and engage with internal stakeholders to agree on desired outcomes & supporting capabilities for those audiences-
- Work with sales and marketing to understand which solutions are applicable to Manufacturing audiences, and help build Buyer Persona Guides for key solutions-
- Build out further detailed insights around our audiences and store these in a central Outcome Framework knowledge bank-
- Talk to our customers to test that our insights resonate with them-
- Pitch in and help lead workstreams within programs aiming to evolve the Outcomes Framework and driving adoption with internal and partner field teams-
- Have a growth mindset, and bring your own experiences and ideas to the table to build on our shared successMinimum Qualifications- Meaningful work experience in the Design and Manufacturing sector, either directly with a Product or Automotive Design and/or Manufacturing firm or in a Marketing, Consulting, Sales, Value Management/Engineering or Customer Success role at a technology firm supporting the sector-
- An ability to go beyond technical solutions and understand business models, ROI models and business KPIs for audiences in the Design and Manufacturing sector-
- Fluency in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills and an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business and technical-
- Strong network building skills, who is comfortable influencing through persuasion, 'negotiation, and consensus-building-
- Highly motivated, focused and self-directed with a dedication to excellence-
