We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail environment.

**Duties**:

- Direct the daily operations of the business, ensuring seamless and efficient store functionality. This involves overseeing opening and closing protocols, orchestrating team responsibilities, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Manage inventory levels for alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and other age-restricted products, as well as snacks, soft drinks, and convenience items, ensuring optimal stock availability.
- Partner with suppliers to facilitate timely restocking, reduce waste, and rigorously comply with legal standards for age-restricted products, including appropriate storage and display practices.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with product choices, addressing inquiries about off-licence items, and resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Enforce stringent age verification protocols (e.g., Challenge 25) for the sale of alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and other age-restricted products to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a pristine, well-organised, and welcoming store environment, with tidy, visually appealing displays that promote seasonal or high-demand products while adhering to regulations governing the visibility and promotion of alcohol and age-restricted items.
- Drive store growth by identifying opportunities to diversify product ranges, enhance store presentation, and boost community engagement, ensuring all promotional activities align with regulations for alcohol and age-restricted products.
- Monitor critical performance indicators, including sales, stock turnover, and customer trends, generating regular reports to evaluate performance, propose enhancements, and ensure adherence to age-restricted sales protocols.
- Lead, schedule, and mentor team members, creating shift rotas, assigning tasks, and addressing concerns constructively. Provide comprehensive training on age verification procedures and legal obligations for handling alcohol, tobacco, and other age-restricted items.
- Foster strong relationships with Nisa Local franchise members to support the business’s alignment with franchise standards and objectives.

Pay: £39,000.00 per year
