**The job**:
We're looking for a new Instore Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will be Supporting the Print Production & Studio Manager in the administration, in-flight management and delivery of business-critical, instore marketing materials for Dreams and Feather & Black stores, including but not limited to essential ticketing and big POS. Supporting stores and providing them with customer service related to these materials.

Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here's a taste of what you'll be doing day-to-day...
- Taking briefs from the Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver the monthly promotional campaigns for Dreams and Feather & Black stores. This includes the production of in store POS and price ticketing.
- Defining and adhering to robust proofing and checking processes, to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, particularly related to our complex, essential ticketing.
- Compiling spreadsheets and reports, raising purchase orders, formatting communications packs, and liaising with Retail Operations, etc.
- Taking accountability for checking monthly file pack of POS delivered to BQ, reporting any anomalies to the print supplier, and installing at BQ.
- Being the primary contact for stores via the myPOS platform and HelpMarketing Inbox, etc. (myPOS is a browser-based ordering system for POS)
- Taking responsibility for overall management/maintenance of myPOS, including authorisation of store orders; monitoring/reporting and ordering on out of stocks; monitoring store budgets and liaising with our vendor on system updates, etc.
