**Overview**

**School HR administrator**

**Starting ASAP**

**Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews through platforms such as Taleo and Workday.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining HR-related documents.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and assisting with conflict resolution when necessary.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics to assist in decision-making processes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a human resources environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Salesforce, Workday, ATS systems (e.g., Taleo), and HRIS is highly advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
