The group, consisting of Premier Sport, Premier Performing Arts, Premier Transition and The Golden Mile, collectively employs over 800 qualified professionals and last year our activities received over 5million visits.

**Job roles / requirements**:

- Able to assist with the planning and delivery of physical activity sessions
- Develop and inspire young people to live and lead active lifestyles
- Able to assist in the production of accurate assessments and reports on children and young people’s progress
- Knowledge of the school PE National Curriculum [Desirable]
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable with strong time management
- Self-motivated and have a passion for teaching/coaching
- Previous experience of physical activity delivery would be highly beneficial
- Demonstrate and articulate that they have a clear passion and drive to inspire young people through sport and physical activity.
- Meet outcomes and results with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on expectations for high quality standards.
- Critically assess own performance in a mature and credible manner
- Deal with a range of different situations.
- Be reliable, tolerant and determined.
- Be an empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
- Articulate themselves in a professional well-presented and professional manner at all times.
- Responsible and accountable.
- Motivate and instil confidence in others, have a presence and be able to get on with others and be a team-player.
- No criminal convictions or cautions that would prevent you working with children
- 5 GCSE's grade A-C

Any relevant sport qualifications (Desirable)
