**Job Description**:
The role of a Care Professional can vary day-to-day, which keeps it exciting.
Your role may include:
- Due to the nature of the job you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
- Companionship - Activities in the home, or going swimming, walking or out for a coffee
- Assisting with Shopping or accompanying to Appointments
- Meal Preparation
- Light Domestic Duties
- Support with Personal Care
- Promting medication
**Qualifications**:
No formal training required as full training will be given. Some life experience, either working with older people as a paid job, or unpaid looking after a family member would be advantageous. A current UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Additional Information
As a Home Instead Care at Home Professional you will receive the following benefits:
- Paid, full internal training for role. No experience required.
- Wages start at £12.00 per hour, and Enhancements on bank holidays.
- FREE PVG check
- Mileage payments at 30p a mile.
- Continued in house training and support including FREE SVQ Training

- 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays), paid pro-rata.
- Refer a friend scheme, with generous bonus.
- 24 Hour Support to all our Care Professionals
- Minimal of One Hour Care visits.
Driving Licence is preferred but not essential for this vacancy.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for people with some availability on evenings and weekends.
