Architectural Designer

PWS are currently looking to work with talented architectural designers, architectural technicians or a post part ii architectural graduate to join the team.

The position is full time and a mix of office and working from home. You will oversee your own projects throughout all RIBA stages and will also be able to give and receive feedback on the wider area of projects which are ongoing within the team.

Training and CPDs will be a regular part of your on going development.
We are a small chartered architect studio based in Tyne and Wear taking on projects from all over the North East. We specialise in high end residential proiects with focus on ever clients individualistic needs and wants. We have a reputation for both quality of work and level of information we provide at all RIBA stages of works.
- 2+ years experience in an architectural practice.
- Knowledge and skill with AutoCad, Sketchup, enscape, Adobe suite (Ps la Ai)
- Knowledge of MacOS and Drive will be advantageous.
- Confidently oversee all stages of a project including communications with clients, consultants and authorities.
- A keen eye for detail and consistent quality of work.
- Self motivated and driven enough to be productive working from home.
- Access to and ability to drive their own vehicle.
- Eligible to work in the UK

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
