- ** £11.60 - £12.60 an hour**:

Our Care Assistants have BIG smiles and make a client's face light up when they see you. A good pair of eyes and ears are essential. Ears to listen to a lifetime’s worth of stories, and eyes to help find things that they’ve misplaced

You’ll need to think on your feet.. and it helps to be light on them too as some clients like a dance

**Care Assistants should drive and have access to a vehicle allowing you to further support our clients if they wish to go out of the house.**

**Our Care Assistants will work their scheduled hours on alternate weekends in order to preserve a continuity of care with the client.**

As a Care Assistant everyday is different and with minimum 1 hour calls you will provide the highest quality care in a compassionate and unrushed way. We promise our Care Assistants top notch training and we match to regular clients to ensure you build great relationships and become an exceptional Care Assistant.

Our Clients are based in the areas of Sale or Altrincham so our Care Assistants have their own **transport in order to travel between clients homes.**

As a Care Assistant you will assist our elderly clients a range of daily tasks and will be comfortable with personal care:

- Companionship, Meals & Hydration, Appointments, Home Help, Dementia Support, Medication Support, Shopping, Outings._
