**Job description**:
The main purpose of this role is in supplying essential equipment and support to Frontline staff across the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), which consists of over 600 properties located throughout Great Britain.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

- The purchase of stationary, protective and corporate clothing, health and safety related goods, signage, translations and furniture.
- Liaise with various internal and external suppliers
- The prompt payment of invoices and updating records
- Process invoices
- Raise purchase orders for goods and services being purchased
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date

**Working hours, office attendance and travel requirements**

Full time roles consist of 37 hours per week.

The expectation at present is a minimum of **60%** of your working time a month will be spent at either your designated workplace (one of the locations cited in the advert) or, when required for business reasons, in another office/work location/visiting stakeholders. Your designated workplace will be your contractual place of work. There may be occasions where you are required to attend above the minimum expectation.
