Your main purpose as a Maintenance Coordinator is to assist the Contracts Manager to supply reactive and planned maintenance in a health care & educational environment.
**As a Maintenance Coordinator your Key Duties and Responsibilities will include**:
- Raising tasks on our in house CAFM system
- Allocating work tasks to in house engineers & specialist sub-contractors
- Using client CAFM system to update tasks
- Costing and invoicing reactive and planned tasks and reporting back values to Contracts Manager
- Reporting back to Contracts Manager cost no revenue issues
- Supporting 2nd Labour Coordinator to deliver PPM activity
- Liaising with Client Regional Operations Managers & Contracts Managers when required
