We are currently searching for a highly competent and experienced Tenancy Progressor for our clients office Prime Central London.

You will make strong professional connections and be inspired by the best people in the industry. You’ll be joining an established team, delivering multi-disciplinary services to a High-end private central London Estate.

**Duties for the Tenancy Progressor**:

- Creating and compiling rental contracts
- Lettings paperwork and correspondence, and liaising with agents and tenants
- Uploading and managing tenancy details on operating system
- Organising Check-in and Check-outs, and safety certificates
- Managing landlord and tenant due diligence checks
- Tenant referencing and Immigration checks
- Managing deposit registrations
- Liaising with property management on tenancy issues
- End of tenancy arrangements and managing deposit releases
- Change of Occupants
- Invoicing
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Assisting team members with reports or administration where required
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information

**Character and skills profile of the Tenancy Progressor**:

- Previous experience in lettings progression or tenancy management
- Ideally ARLA qualified or willing to take qualification
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Self-motivated, shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately
- Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
- Team Player

**Package for the Tenancy Progressor**:
£30,000 - £34,000 plus lots of benefits
Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) and WFH 2 days per week
