A brilliant and inspiring PRU School based in Greenwich, South East London have a vacancy for a Behaviour TA to join from September.

**The School**:
**The Role**:
As a Behaviour TA, you will be required to support students with complex emotional and behavioural issues. You will be a positive role model who is able to provide pupils with useful knowledge and advice on a 1-1 and group basis. You will be tasked withdiffusing challenging situations, de-escalating conflict and guiding students towards improved behaviour and relationships with peers and adults.

This role would suit an inspirational leader You must be creative, able to think on your feet and think outside the box about ways in which you can get through to students from various backgrounds. You must be calm, patient and up for a challenge. Thisrole would also suit a person who is in to Sports and activities as this can be an active role, providing movement breaks for the pupil.
