We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the process.
