**The Site**:
WARP’s new manufacturing site is based in the heart of Nuneaton and is now set up for perfecting all our product lines with all the latest technology.

**The Person**:
Ideally, you will be willing to learn new technology as part of our new product line creations with both Popcorn and Chips onsite.

The ideal person must have a clear sense of ownership alongside a desire to be the best version of themselves each and every day.

**The Role Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Shift Production or Warehouse Manager you will work within our various teams, as part of our production lines or warehouse expansion within our ‘’in Nuneaton site.
- You must have basic numeracy and English Language skills and will be able to follow safety and hygiene instructions.
- The opportunity is suitable for someone with good practical skills, who works quickly and accurately, is a good team worker and is able to concentrate over long periods
- You will spend considerable periods of time standing while operating machinery and are required to wear protective clothing, such as overalls and safety shoes, which are provided.
- Health and Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and you will also be responsible for reporting any issues that arise or for suggesting improvements to help us work even smarter and safer.

**Knowledge Requirements**:
Previous experience in food manufacturing or Warehousing environments preferable. Being aware that this a food manufacturing site and you will be on your feet for long period of time and operating equipment and enjoying your time at work is critical.
- Numeracy and English language skills. (These will be tested at the interview)
- Ability to work quickly and methodically.
- Good team-working skills.
- Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Awareness of health and safety.
- Experience working in Food Manufacturing. *Desirable
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and maths. *Desirable
- Previous experience on a production line in an FMCG. *Desirable
- Current Hygiene + Health and Safety certificate. *Desirable

**The Working hours + Shift Pattern**:
Our Operational factory hours - Sunday 22:00hours - Friday 22:00hours.

We are looking for people to work in various opportunities within different shift patterns

Morning Shift 6am to 2 pm

Day Shift 2 pm to 10 pm
Nights Shift 22:00 to 06:00

**Upcoming scheduled work Assessment day**

2 pm Wednesday 24th August / 5pm Wednesday 24th August

**Salary**: £10.02-£11.52 per hour
