As a Customer Relations Co-worker, you’ll be at checkouts and other key touchpoints—helping with purchases, returns, and questions to ensure customers leave happy. WHAT WE OFFER - The Start Date of employment will be: 15th November 2025 - Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour. - Part-time contracts are available, 18-30 Hours working 3-5 days per week including every 4th weekend off - We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY - You will use your knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised. - You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately. - Supporting customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and where needed be able to order and exchange spare parts. - Carry out admin tasks in relation to product and customer queries.
