Join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our cozy EBD (Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties) children's home, where you'll be working closely with two fantastic young individuals. We're on the lookout for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and dedicated to providing nurturing care and support.

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive environment where our young residents can thrive and develop. From assisting with daily routines to engaging in fun activities and providing emotional support, your presence will make a world of difference in their lives.

**Who we are**:
Guidance Care Ltd is a Residential Children’s Home Care provider based across Lancashire. Our homes provide short to long-term residential placements to support children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

We carefully select the right fit for the right team and home, ensuring that we can provide the best support and outcomes for young people.

**What we need**:

- Being a driver is key for this role in order to help with the young peoples education, family contact, and activities
- Firm but fair Young people need routines and boundaries and our teams must be able to deliver these.
- Warm and nurturing - our young people need to feel safe and loved in order to thrive and shine.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
