Specific Day to Day Duties
- Working closely with H2O Hygiene’s Account Management Team to provide update on jobs and highlight non-conformances and remedial opportunities where applicable.
- Raising Contracts and Jobs on H2O Hygiene CRM System.
- Converting Quotes into Contracts on H2O Hygiene CRM System.
- Liaising with Clients to process Purchase Orders.
- CRM Dashboard Management.
- Client Review preparation work to assist Account Managers where necessary.
- Sending water sample certificates to the client.
- CRM on-boarding and day to day management
- Liaising with Operations Department for site attendance dates.
- Analysing Engineer Reports from site visits and forwarding to the client.
- Sending Sales Orders with Terms & Conditions.
- Updating Client Legionella Tracker Reports & Management Systems.
- Updating Client specific management systems, such as portal updates.
- Attend client meetings with Account Manager where necessary.
- Compiling and transferring Asset Data onto H2O Management System.
- Delegate works to Admin support.
- Assisting with onsite queries to support engineers.
- Comply with H2O Hygiene's Health & Safety policies to ensure that the company's and your own personal safety obligations and responsibilities are met.
- Carry out duties in line with the Company Core Values.
- Update company training manuals where necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year depending upon experience

**Experience**:

- Office based experience minimum 2 years

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
