**WHAT IS THE ROLE?**:
***Taking pride in delivering what we promise, the role ensures the trade centre is a well presented place ensuring the availability of our full suite of stock to enable us to deliver our customer promise. At the trade counter you will be ensuring both our account and cash sales customers have everything they need to complete their job.**
**Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00 Fri 07.30 - 16.00 Sat 08.00 - 12.00 and we are flexible to consider a variety of working hours/patterns to suit your needs**:
***WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**:

- **Identify and generate sales opportunities by ensuring the customer has all they need for their job**:

- **Efficiently processing customer transactions**:

- **Provide competitive quotations to meet both customer and business needs.**:

- **Ensuring a high standard of good housekeeping and presentation throughout the store**:

- **Making sure all goods inwards are checked and put away in the correct location.**:

- **Maintaining adequate stock levels through on-time ordering**:

- **Expanding branch product range offering through supplier and customer contacts**:

- **Adhering to Health & Safety protocols for self and others whilst on site**:
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**:

- **Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience**:

- **Proven experience within a customer service-based role.**:

- **Experience in ordering/managing stock**:

- **Possess strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.**:

- **Proficient in the use of IT**:

- **Have worked in a similar role/environment**:
