**About the role**
- As an experienced leader (Team Leader/Manager) you will be responsible for leading, shaping and delivering our Leadership & Management apprenticeship programmes to our external clients.
- You will love helping people become the best version of themselves whilst receiving satisfaction from seeing people grow and build confidence
- You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the insurance sector as a Team Leader/Manager
- You will be decisive, good at planning and organising, solving problems, adaptable and focused on achieving goals
- Willing to be developed to become a well rounded Leadership & Management Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver the learning and development strategy for Wiser Academy
- Create training plans
- Ensure that our Leadership & Management programme delivers a comprehensive framework for developing our learners
- Ensure that our training and any associated correspondence is managed in an accurate, timely and professional way
- Track, analyse and take accountability for our key performance indicators that relate to training
- Own and develop our training policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation and support our working practices
- Work as part of the team to actively identify process improvements and better ways of working which will contribute to our key performance indicators
- Facilitate learning, adhering to the standards of the apprenticeship program and provide meaningful and specific feedback to learners to support progression
- Build long term relationships with all our existing clients and be confident enough to deal with learners/apprentices managers

**Job Requirements**
- Min 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Manager within in insurance sector **(this is a must)**:

- Good level of IT Skills
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Self-reliant and able to manage own workload
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Access to a car with a full UK driving license
- Right to live and work in the UK

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
