**Job Title: Java Developer**
**Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Depending on Experience
Location: Birmingham**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, international company as a Java Developer, where you will be executing security testing on a group level. Initially, you will be in their office in central Birmingham, getting to know your peers and eventuallytransferring to a flexible hybrid model with preparation to be in the office when needed, roughly once a week.
The company is heavily supportive of developing your personal skillset and experience through a high standard of mentorships and support frameworks, with a focus on increasing your skillset exposure to penetration testing and vulnerability management forexample.
**The Role**
Working with a team of developers, QAs, Product Owners and Project Managers, you will be taking business initiatives into products and features. A willingness to expose yourself to new technologies and solutions through an initial understanding of theirusage and slowly expanding to the eventual contribution of your own ideas in future work.
**Experience**
We are looking for a Java Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience within the industry, other experiences can include but are not limited to:
- Experience with Java and Spring
- Experience within an Agile environment
- JavaScript framework experience (NodeJS, Angular or similar)
