**Copperfield House is a supported living service for up to 6 individuals, with Autism, LD, Asperger, ADHD and Mental health. Our goal is to support people to gain life skills and become fully independent.**

**Location: Isle of Wight, PO33**

**Contract: Permanent / Full Time - 40 hours per week**

**Your new job**: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.

Your role is to:

- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Supporting individuals with activities such as deep room cleans, job searches and preparation for interviews, confidence building, emotional support, promoting independence, developing life skills, supporting medical appointments,etc..
- Supporting individuals with prompting of personal care
- Supporting behaviours that may challenge
- Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines & Procedures - Keeping yourself and others safe.
