We are a family run, award winning Farm Shop, looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised counter assistant to work with our butchery staff.

**About you and the role...**
- A happy, smiling face which will put our customers at ease
- A 'can do' attitude - being happy to get 'stuck in' with lots of tasks.
- The desire to work as part of a close team to achieve the common goal of giving our customers a great experience.
- 4 days per week (including 1 day at the weekend)
- Pay dependent on experience

Duties include:

- Serving meat from the butcher, serve over counter
- Providing customers with excellent customer service
- Assisting the butchers with their roles
- Preparing packs of meat, including sausages and burgers and preparing some value added products
- Packing and labeling meat for our self serve counter
- Preparing sausage rolls
- Maintaining good hygiene standards
- Previous butchery experience not necessary
- Full training provided on site by our friendly team

- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Excellent timekeeping
- A positive approach to learning new skills
