**About Us**:
At The AVOCADO Foundation, we are more than a charity - we are agents of change on a mission to eradicate economic inequalities faced by youth, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organisations in both the UK and overseas. Envisioning a world where no one is impoverished due to their skin colour or ethnicity, we started as Money4YOUth in 2014, evolved in 2020 to Money4YOU to expand our reach and impact, and finally rebranded to The AVOCADO Foundation in June 2024 to better reflect our mission, vision and values; as well as to align with our trademark registration.

**What You Will Do**:
Working as part of the staff team at The AVOCADO Foundation, you will primarily be responsible for the AVOCADO+ capacity building programmes for nonprofits. As the Programmes Lead, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and also have oversight of both Youth Programmes and International Programmes and play a critical role in supporting their success and sustainability. Our high-impact programmes often serve as interventions for severely under-resourced young people, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. We provide substantive educational training, resources, and support designed to help individuals and organisations thrive.

As well as being hands-on, you will also work with the team to deliver and scale up all the programmes so as to reach many more users, supporting them to build long-term resilience, improve their life chances, and enabling under-resourced organisations to do more of the great work they do in service to underrepresented communities.

- Ensure alignment of programmes team to organisational strategies, policies and procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in other advisory and staff team commitments as necessary.

You will be a confident project administrator/officer, with experience in managing complex operations involving multiple stakeholders. In addition, you will need to show evidence of the following:

- At least 2 years experience of programme management within a charity.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including leading multi-disciplinary teams, working with local partners and building relationships with key stakeholders.
