Bar Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while minimising waste.
- Train new staff on bartending techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Develop creative drink menus and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards.
- Excellent bartending skills with a passion for mixology.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members alike.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Pay: £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
