**Hours**: Full Time, 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off days and nights 0700 to 1900
**Pay**:£14.70 per hour

**Join Our Team as a Safety and Security Ambassador**

The post holder will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as you are also required to provide front of house reception services and support, including but not limited to; meeting and greeting visitors, interacting with colleagues and customers both verbally and in writing across all levels of the business, responding to incidents and emergency situations.

**About the Role**:
As a**Safety and Security Ambassador you will be responsible for:

- Customer Service - Provide a professional, welcoming first impression and assist visitors courteously. Anticipate needs, resolve concerns diplomatically, and uphold security protocols.
- Health & Safety - Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and training. Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and training.
- Security Operations - Control access points, visitor credentials and perform security screenings. Conduct regular patrols, respond to alarms and monitor contractor compliance.
- Surveillance & Access Control - Operate security technology and monitoring systems effectively and conduct systematic patrols and enforce strict key control procedures
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate incident reports and security documentation. Adhere to data protection and display SIA/CCTV licenses at all times.

**What we are looking for**:

- SIA Licence (Door Supervisor)
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive demeanour
- Experience in using Access Control Equipment
- 5 years corporate security experience with a focus on a customer service background
