**About The Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Supervisors and Team Leaders to join our front of house team with an immediate start

Events include drinks and canapes receptions, corporate conferences and dinners, Christmas parties and over 300 weddings a year. Whatever the occasion we are passionate about delivering great hospitality and creating amazing experiences

Our FoH Team are at the very core of what we do, you will be the customer facing representative of Bovingdons ensuring those fantastic memories are made, responsible for leading the shift, and keeping the team motivated.

We are looking for Supervisors and Team Leaders who can show us they have experience of the following;
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge to confidently guide the team and lead the shift.
- Communicating to all agency, freelance, waiting and bar staff ensuring they are fully aware of all details of the event.
- Ensuring that the highest levels of customer service is maintained in line with company’s goal.
- Being comfortable and confident with leading a varied team and maintaining effective communication.
- Able to adapt to last minute changes and nature of events.
- To work well independently and as a team.
- Always strive to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Overseeing all aspects of an event as requested by the manager.
- Being proactive and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to confidently deal with queries and complaints.
- Delivering a genuine and friendly service throughout event.

Supervisors will need to demonstrate the following qualities to be considered.

A minimum of 1 year at Supervisor level

Strong food and beverage experience.

Proven experience of managing teams, dealing with clients, and supervising events.

Excellent time management skills.

Awareness of Health and Safety / Food Safety

Some experience of working at historic buildings or venues, and upholding rules and regulations.

**Package**:
Based on experience we are offering £13.00 - £15.00 per hour, Plus Holiday pay

Free meals for shifts over 6 hours.

A taxi home for shifts finishing after 11.30pm.

Free tea and coffee.

Discounts at all of our cafes when on your days off.
