You will be a vital part of our fun and collaborative team, where we thrive on recruiting, developing and managing a diverse workforce of 700+ employees.

You'll be a real people person, able to handle ever-changing priorities with ease, and a superstar at planning and organising your workload. Variety is the spice of life and you'll be providing professional & confidential HR advice, administration on ER issues, together with supporting our HR Partners with fresh, impactful and engaging recruitment and Learning & Development activities.

You will be in the Hub of People & Development, collating monthly / quarterly HR Metrics and helping run regular focus groups to help inform our future focus areas. Supporting with investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, parental leave process and restructures are just some of the areas you'll be getting involved with.

You will play an integral part in helping shape our service, showcasing our points of difference, in truly unique ways, as we implement our HR strategy with WOW projects, set to make a visible impact on our Business.

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach. You will have the ability to build long-lasting relationships with our Goodwood Managers and Teams.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Experience of working in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally within the private sector
- A team player who can quickly gain the trust of our stakeholders
- A good all round knowledge of best practice HR principles and procedures
- A natural communicator, delivering a best-in-class approach to HR
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Systems
- Energy, enthusiasm and an infectious can-do attitude
