We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team Please note this is not a full time job, we want you to work around the lifestyle that suits you. Some of our team work 4 hours a week, others work 20-35. We are flexible, but ask for reliability in return

The ideal cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining holiday let properties across Brighton & Hove, ensuring they are always guest ready and presented to the highest standard. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as bed making skills and the ability to work independently. You may also be ocassionally asked to join in with other areas such as domestic cleaning (private houses), offices and other spaces.

**Duties**
- Perform cleaning tasks in a high quality manner.
- Dust, wipe, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Make a hotel quality bed with fresh linen (provided)
- Have access to a smartphone and able to download our scheduling app.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to drive is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**:
This is currently self-employed, with the potential to switch to employed in August.

You are responsible for providing cleaning chemicals and cloths.

Must be able to pass a DBS check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
