**What your role will involve: -**

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our associate office in London as a Building Control Surveyor, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations
- Working with third parties to develop good customer relations
- Responsibility of day-to-day management of multiple projects
- Input into the group’s strategic goals

**What you will bring to LB: -**
- Chartered Membership to a recognised professional body (CABE or RICS)
- A track record of Construction or Building Control experience
- Strong leadership skills including coaching and developing others
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good commercial decision-making capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
