If you have experience in financial services content management and marketing, we want to hear from you Denholm currently have an excellent opportunity with one of our key clients, a digital retirement solutions provider, who are looking to recruit a Research& Content Manager.
In this hands-on delivery role, you will be responsible for researching, analysing, and writing marketing collateral, articles and thought leadership content to support marketing and media objectives. You will also be required to manage relationships verticallyand horizontally across the wider business, and in particular with the Distribution and Proposition functions, and with external agencies as appropriate.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Produce and commission content and promote content internally and externally across relevant channels.
- Manage calendar to ensure timely publication / production of all material
- Ensure consistency with business and marketing objectives
- Proofread and edit written pieces before publication and review
- Identify gaps in content, follow industry-related news, and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop content that maximises engagement
- Support marketing campaigns, to increase content engagement with our target audiences
- Monitor web traffic and broader engagement (e.g., dwell time and bounce rates)
- Review and update published content as needed (including calendarising regular updates)
- Encourage promotion of content internally and externally
- Support the Content Strategy Lead with the creation of and management of marketing and communication initiatives

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation is essential.
- Solid experience in financial services content management and marketing
- Specific experience in producing content for the intermediary channel would be ideal.
- Experience in working with surveys is highly desirable
- Experience developing compelling multi-channel marketing content for presentations, sales and distribution support, events and campaigns
- Creative thinking essential
- Experience using current digital marketing tools and techniques and developing content for web and social media
- Strong internal client management skills - the ability to take a brief and develop relevant solutions.
- An ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and experience working with external agencies on PR, content and design.
- Successful track record in developing content marketing campaigns that drive results
- Content management and production experience in a financial services environment essential
- Marketing degree or equivalent, CII or financial services qualification desirable
