**Truck Sales Trainee**

Starting Salary £25,000 pa (+ commission ) increasing through competence to £35,000 pa with uncapped commission after successful completion of training programme, Company Car after 6 months
South London with commutable access to Croydon or Hayes.

Do you want to start your sales career and join one of the largest producers of heavy trucks in the world? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Truck Sales Trainee to gain valuable knowledge, skills, and experience of how to sell the complete range of Volvo Trucks products and services. The programme is over 2 years through a combination of formal training and hands on experience. The first three months you will work within our Dealers and our Customers to get a full understanding of the industry.

The automotive industry is facing many social and global challenges and the movement and demand for goods and services continues to grow. These challenges present an exciting opportunity to be part of a team selling an award-winning truck range that is transitioning to meet societies demand of a net zero carbon future.

You will be trained to sell the complete range of Volvo trucks, products and services ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved at all times. You will use our Customer Relationship Management system to actively prospect for new business and maintain customer relationships. You will provide Customer quotations and participate in regular business reviews to exchange ideas; customer leads and information. You also will attend and support customer events.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate colleague who is target driven, results focused individual along with good customer services experience. You will have an inquisitive nature and a strong desire to develop & learn. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a good level of IT awareness.
