Here at Vertu Cosmetic Repair we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Controller to join our team in Hereford PDI Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of one of the UKs largest Motor Retailers.

We are offering a competitive basic salary and an OTE of £40,000.

**About the Role**
The role will role involve working closely with the Bodyshop Manager to achieve the efficient running of the Bodyshop. This will include assigning work to Technicians, planning all incoming work and ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment and labour resources in order to maximise departmental profitability to achieve the business plan.

You will ensure that the painting, body repair and rectification work undertaken is carried out to the highest quality standards whilst achieving total customer satisfaction. As a line manager, you will be responsible for performance management. You will lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.

**About You**
For this role you will ideally have previous experience as a Bodyshop Controller gained from within a franchised motor retail environment and have knowledge of all areas of Bodyshop repair processes. You will also, ideally, be ATA qualified and hold a level 3 NVQ qualification.
