An exciting and new opportunity has become available to join our team in Kilwinning providing support to a young gentlemen who is transitioning out of a children’s service.

If you are outgoing and energetic then this is the right role for you. The young gentleman being supported enjoys being active whether at home or in their wider community. Due to it being such an influential change we are looking for supportive, understanding and patient individuals who are ready to provide hands on support.

**We will pay you a £400 welcome bonus**

**Rewards**
- 28 days annual leave pro-rata (including bank holidays), which we increase the longer you are with us.
- To acknowledge the amazing contribution you’ll be making to our (your) team, we will pay you a £200 welcome bonus after 3 months, then because we truly value your commitment another £200 after 6 months.
