Are you a talented and experienced CNC Operator?

ROCCA is a forward thinking, progressive stone fabricating family business with a busy factory in a fast growing business located in Hillington Glasgow.

We specialise in the design and manufacture of natural stone products for domestic and commercial settings.

As we grow in size, we are looking for another experienced CNC Operator who can operate any of our 5 CNC Machines (ie Waterjet, Bridge Saw, Polisher) on a full time basis in a permanent position.

Our CNC's operate on.dxf files provided by the client or by our templating team.

Previous experience in either engineering or furniture making is essential. Knowledge of either Tool Setting/Pre-setting, Assembly, Assembly & Production or CAD & Product Design would be very advantageous.

Ideally you will:
Have a can-do attitude

Have an excellent eye for detail, taking pride in precision

Consistently produce high standards

An adaptable out the box thinker

A knowledge of marble, granite, quartz and porcelain and their cutting methods is an advantage but not necessary

Be able to work well within a team, as well as on own initiative

Be responsible for tooling and have a high level of accuracy

Ability to understand technical plans

Be punctual and reliable

Experience in handling equipment to load and unload workpieces. Forklift licence would be useful.

HOURS: 07:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday
