**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Help plan and execute thumb-stopping social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Respond to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and brand-right way — you’ll be the voice of the brand.
- Collaborate with Managers on strategy and campaign planning across a range of sectors and clients.
- Generate content ideas, write engaging captions, and work closely with designers to bring campaigns to life.
- Track and report on key performance metrics — and help shape campaigns based on the data.
- Spot trends before they’re trending, and share your insights with the wider team.
- Support paid social activity, with opportunities to grow into strategy and campaign execution.
- Create and manage content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.

- **What You’ll Bring**

**Must-Haves**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Confidence creating short-form content (especially TikToks & Reels).
- Comfortable with social metrics, analytics, and reporting tools like Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Strong writing skills and a flair for creative ideas.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities — you’ll work across multiple clients.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with influencers or coordinating collaborations.
- Familiarity with paid social setup and monitoring.
- Skills in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
