We create medical communications that connect. Our clinical trial and health education materials engage the audience and inspire action, and we’re searching for someone who can share our vision. Patients are at the heart of everything we create.
We are actively recruiting for an exceptional team player with excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
This is a dynamic role, so we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and some editorial proofing or copy-editing experience would be ideal. Multi-tasking, great time management and a flexible approach are essential.
We’re after someone who can hit the ground running, so a confident self-starter with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential. You may also be familiar with the pharma industry and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders across all levels.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience and skills required**:
- 2 years’ industry or administrative experience, ideally from a medical/healthcare communications agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company but not essential
- Strong communication and project management skills with proven ability to multi-task, supporting multiple tasks/projects in parallel (some experience with project management systems desirable)
- Excellent administrative skills and highly proficient at project tracking, filing, version control of documents and working with multiple internal and external teams
- High standard of grammar and proof-reading skills across a range of printed and digital media for a variety of audiences
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
