An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the UK's leading online trade printers for an ambitious Customer Service Executive to join a friendly team based in Trafford Park, Manchester with flexibility for a mix of office based and remote working.

Their UK-based support team provides outstanding customer service for their customers. The culture is one of approachability, support, collaboration and fun. You'll add a little magic by making ordering easy and taking an active part in identifying and improvingCustomer Service practices.

**About the role**:

- Creating quotes with timely follow up calls
- Resolving customer issues
- Developing meaningful client relationships
- Becoming an expert in company products
- Informing customers about services that could suit them
- Generating leads via marketing, calls and networking
- Achieve and exceed sales target

**About You**:

- Customer service background and some sales experience is preferable
- Design and print knowledge is desirable, though full training will be given to the right person
- IT literate
- Confident on the telephone
- An appetite to continually learn and develop
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- The drive to leverage sales and build relationships
- Excellent listener and can demonstrate sales and leadership skills
- You know when to laugh, because we spend long enough in work, we should enjoy our time together
