**Support Workers - £12.50 per hour**

The Cephas Care Group have been devoted to providing service excellence for over 30 years.

We are looking for highly motivated, passionate and caring Support Workers to join our Learning Disabilities division. This is a **new project** based in Lowestoft, and it is ready and waiting for you, to provide exceptional care and support.

**Objective of Role**:
You will provide support to individuals, building trust and assisting them with personal care, accessing the community and enjoying daily activities. This role will be extremely varied depending on the service, however our focus remains consistent - to use a person-centred and innovative approach to facilitate the development of new skills and independence so our service users can achieve their aspirations.

We offer a planned programme of continuous professional development with mandatory training course completion, enrolment and support to obtain the Care Certificate and apprenticeships in Level 3 in Health and Social Care which are fully funded and guided by personal tutors and our training department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Learning Disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care (preferred)
