Domain Delivery Lead- Global Supply Chain

**THE GIG**
As our Domain Delivery Lead
- Global Supply Chain you will be responsible for:
- Implement, grow, and run the Global Supply Chain domain agile product teams.
- Work in close collaboration with the other members of the Global Supply Chain domain leadership team to deliver the outcomes and maximise value.
- Support the Domain Product Owner with managing the domain requirements backlog of EPICs and Features.
- Facilitate the breakdown of EPICs into Features with the Global Supply Chain Product teams.
- Facilitate and run SCRUM of SCRUMSs for the Domain. And the coordinated preparation and execution of release planning for the Domain.
- Managing change to the Domain’s PI plan and the impacts of those changes.
- Drive cross-team, Domain, and departmental impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination.
- Provide regular and open communication across the Domain and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments. And collaborate with Technology Heads and all business stakeholders to understand their needs and business strategy.
- Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.
- Manage Domain level coordination, such as creating timelines, milestones, and cadence of increments and releases and oversee the development of reports and analyses that document Domain activity.
- Support the configuration of Agile to the needs of the organisation, standardising and documenting practices.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. And ensure that the Product Owner’s requirements are met in a way that is reusable across DM.
- Manage and deliver Features and enhancements based on product and roadmap and Product team priorities.
- Continuously innovate in line with industry best practice, market trends.
- Build, deploy and govern the use of shared technology capabilities and drive automation including Automated testing capabilities and tooling.
- Mature towards broader or full continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) capabilities with the associated tooling (eg. DevOps; Jira, etc).
- Develop relationships with product and other enabling capability owners to leverage our full capabilities.

**THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART**
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Demonstrable experience and proficiency in the technologies and processes related to the position as well as team leadership and management.
- Proven, prior experience as agile program manager/delivery manager for long-lived value streams and Products. And strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment
- Established proven experience in overseeing Global Supply Chain transformations and large programmes within Technology including Development, Infrastructure, and Technology Services in a fast-paced, global multi-site setting.
- An excellent communicator, negotiator and people-person. You will need to balance the necessary demands of ‘run, grow, transform, and support’ and the requisite needed to move the business forwards in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong functional and analytical skillset with the ability to successfully impact business outcomes, driving the technology organisation as an enabler of the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Successful track record delivering enterprise technology solutions and automating technology processes and workflows.
- Strong customer orientation, interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
