**Job Role**

***Lead a team, to be responsible for the direct control of operatives and individual work sites, coordinate equipment, materials and Supply Chain Partners (SCP’s), maintain safety protocols, and ensure that activities are executed effectively and in accordance with established guidelines.**
**Duties**
- **Safety and Compliance**: Prioritise safety by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety briefings, audits and Toolbox Talks. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure a safe working environment for the entire crew and others who may be affected by the Company’s activities such as the public.**:

- **Operational Oversight**: Assisting the full process of surface dressing, from planning and preparation to execution and aftercare. This includes organising the workflow, surveying sites, carrying out design, conducting risk assessments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.**:

- **Equipment, Resources and Material Management**: Responsible for coordinating the use of machinery, equipment, and materials required for surface dressing activities. This includes managing equipment maintenance schedules and ensuring the availability of all necessary materials.**:

- **Communication**: Liaise with various stakeholders such as Project Managers, Engineers, Local Authorities, and sometimes the public. Provide progress updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth communication to minimise disruptions. Maintain good working relationships with all staff, operatives, SCP’s, clients and public.**:

- **Compliance with Standards**: Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regional regulations, and specific guidelines for surface dressing techniques is paramount. Ensure that all work meets or exceeds these established standards.**:

- **Commercial**: Understanding of commercial aspects are crucial for the successful execution of projects within financial constraints and business objectives. Cost analysis and reporting actual costs to determine the optimal use of people, equipment, and materials to maximise efficiency and minimise waste. Ensuring site measurements, valuations are recorded and promptly actioned.**

**Person Specification**
- **Knowledge of Specialist Treatments would be a distinct advantage.**:

- **Digital environment using phones, tablets, laptops, and AI cameras.**:

- **To be contactable outside normal working hours when required.**:

- **Flexibility to work and stay away (when necessary) anywhere in the UK.**:

- **Flexibility hours working when necessary.**:

- **Attend as required emergency incidents.**:

- **Attend and actively participate in team Inductions, briefings & training.**:

- **To accept and carry out any reasonable task as requested by a member of management.**:

- **Company Car supplied with reimbursed business mileage for fuel via expense claim.**:

- **Location - Stilton, Cambridgeshire PE7 3RP (within 60/90mins) of operating office preferred.**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday**
