**Job Role Summary - Returns Operative**

Ø **Customer Returns**

Ø **Supplier Returns (UK & Overseas)**

Ø **Refunds and Credits**

Ø **PX/ Trade-In’s**

Ø **Fortnightly Summary Report**

Ø **Opening all return parcels on a daily bases and prioritising them**

Ø **Arranging refunds to customers for returned items**

Ø **Updating return spreadsheet with all returns**

Ø **Returning items back into stock if they are in brand new condition**

Ø **Supplier returns obtaining Request Merchandise Applications numbers and all paperwork required**

Ø **Answering customer telephone calls on return queries**

Ø **Check Part Exchange confirm prices for the Part exchange and arrange for any payments to be made to customers for these.**

Ø **Check Scope out guarantee returns**

Ø **Writing up paperwork for Part exchange purchases and Scope out guarantee for the marketing team to put onto the website**

Ø **Liaising with the suppliers for regular update on returns to them and waiting times**

Ø **Updating customers waiting on returns with suppliers for expected turnaround**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
