Duties: Main duty will be to complete compliance checks in our care home i

Other duties include the following
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential Care Homes
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
