Depot Operations Supervisor

**We currently have a great opportunity for a Depot Operations Supervisor to join our friendly operations team in our Bodmin depot.**
We are offering a competitive salary for the position and as a Depot Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operating functions within the depot, having the ability to adapt to change with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You will support the operations manager by ensuring full compliance to all statutory legislation, company policies and procedures is adhered.
In this role you will be expected to manage drivers by keeping clear lines of responsibility, ensuring drivers are working within driver handbook regulations and company policy and procedures, while working with the the management team to resolve any arising issues.
This a full time and permanent vacancy, working 40 hours Monday - Friday.

**We're looking for**:
- Knowledge of EU driving hours / WTD is a necessity
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation
- Resilient, persistent and tenacious
- Strong Focus on safety
- Ability to manage change effectively is essential
- Knowledge of / previous work within the fuel distribution industry is desirable but not essential
- Experience of conducting appraisals / performance management is desirable
