We’re currently looking for a skilled **Blaster & Painter** to join our production team, responsible for preparing and finishing structural steelwork to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grit blasting structural steel to specification
- Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and project specifications
- Conducting basic maintenance of equipment and work area
- Working as part of a wider fabrication and paint team to meet tight deadlines
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in blasting and painting steelwork
- Familiarity with industrial coatings and surface prep standards (e.g. SA 2.5)
- Ability to read basic job cards and paint specifications
- A strong focus on health & safety
- Valid CSCS card desirable
- Experience using airless spray equipment an advantage
