Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact in your community? ?? WPS is looking for a dynamic and driven **Repairs Supervisor** to join our team in **Finsbury Park**

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within our WPS business, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services across Voids, Disrepair, Day-to-Day Repairs and Planned Works.

**?? What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ?? Supporting the Project Lead and managing a team of operatives, administrators, and subcontractors
- ?? Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and exceeds customer expectations
- ?? Overseeing daily operations and resource planning
- ??? Leading on health & safety compliance and quality control
- ?? Reporting on performance, productivity, and service outcomes
- ?? Liaising with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships

**? What We’re Looking For**:

- ?? Trade background with SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness & Scaffold Inspection
- ?? Strong knowledge of housing maintenance legislation and SOR codes
- ?? Excellent communication and leadership skills
- ?? Confident with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- ?? Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
