We’re looking for an experienced Marketeer to join a thriving organisation in Devon. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented marketer looking for Part-time work to be part of an exciting and growing organization.
**What you’ll be doing?**:

- Plan and manage the brand/s architecture so that brand investment is maximised whilst delivering relevant brand propositions.
- Work with New Product Development Team and Graphic Design team to create brand logos.
- Plan and deliver, with the brand development team, photoshoots as necessary to support the brand activity, considering product content imagery, pack shots, lifestyle and marketing images to showcase products to the highest caliber.
- Identify brochure and printed and digital asset requirements to support the marketing and presentation of the brand.
- Plan and deliver market-leading own brand marketing campaigns online and offline to achieve objectives set by the Campaigns Team Manager/New Product Development Team/Business.
- Co-ordinate project/task delivery and timescales with the wider marketing team members to deliver the marketing plan for the year.
- Create post-campaign analysis reports and campaign analysis to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns, and identify opportunities for improvement and development.
- Effectively project manage a number of marketing tasks in tandem, meeting key deadlines and be able to seamlessly work between projects.
- Manage the ideas, sourcing and distribution of Sales Team collateral, including samples and printed sales materials.

**What experience you’ll need to apply?**
**Essential**:

- A marketing qualification or relevant experience
- Demonstrable experience of working in a busy marketing role at a similar level - 3-4 years
- Able to independently manage workflow and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Can demonstrate an understanding of the key elements of brand creation from positioning, architecture, naming and logo creation
- Evidence of the ability to deliver inventive campaigns and creative which is on brief and on message
- Inventive copywriting and proof-reading with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Proven experience in brand campaign planning and budget management
- Expert user of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong commercial and analytical focus with experience in setting/reporting ROI and KPI’s

**Desirable**:

- Experience of the Canva platform
- Working knowledge of social media in a B2B marketing environment
- Marketing Automation platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO and Google analytics
