We are looking for Bank Support staff to join our brand-new Devon base home where you will provide support to a young man with complex needs near Launceston.

**THE ROLE**

You will be required to support a young man with complex needs where personal care is required. As a part of your role you may be asked to assist with cooking and cleaning. Element of lone working will be required

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adult, professionals, and family. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.

There may be aspects of lone working as and if required.

Drivers preferred however this is not essential

The existing team members are passionate, dedicated, motivated and are committed in offering a safe and supportive environment to work colleagues and more importantly to each of our service users.

**NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**
