**Manchester City Centre (hybrid)**
**£32,000 - £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits**
**35 hours per week**
**This role will be a mixture of office and home based so all applicants must be able to travel easily to Manchester City Centre.**
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Research and Evaluation Lead to join our client based in Manchester City Centre. This role is to support a high profile project within the organisation.
Duties will include:
- Provide direction to the in-house and commissioned evaluation and research activity
- Work closely with colleagues to understand research and evaluation needs
- Liaise with a wide range of external contacts and internal departments
- Provide expert advice to colleagues
- Producing tender specifications for commissioned work
- Producing project plans for in-house work
- Sourcing data for projects
- Identifying and managing risk
- Ensuring equality and diversity is considered in policy and practices
- Any other reasonable duties as required
- Previous experience of managing quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method evaluations through to delivery.
- Ability to analyse information and evidence requirements
- Ability to articulate complex information concisely and accurately
- Experience of advising colleagues on how to undertake research and evaluation work
- Excellent written communication skills including producing reports
- Strong oral communication skills and the confidence to present information in one to-one and group situations
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to successfully deliver challenging projects within tight timescales.
- Confidence and ability to provide suggestions and improvements to work processes
£32,000 - £45,000 per annum
35 hours per week, flexitime
