Wolf Healthcare are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants in the Swindon area to join our agency.

We are looking for kind, experienced, diligent Healthcare Assistants who are friendly and reliable to join our agency.

This role will be working with elderly service users with dementia and complex needs. Your daily tasks will involve supporting the residents with the daily needs such as personal care and moving and handling, focusing on person centered care to create a positive environment.

**Pay rates £11.00 - £13.00 PER HOUR**

**Roles and Responsibilities to you as a Support Worker in Swindon**:

- Previous experience supporting individuals with mínimal learning/physical disabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding to work with service users who suffer with mental health.
- Assisting with personal care, domestic duties, accessing the community, maintaining confidentiality and administer medication.

**Person Specification for you as the Support Worker**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Flexibility to work shift patterns
- Good verbal and written communication
